Thanks for visiting suckerpunch.com, the official web site for Sucker Punch Productions. Although we do have a lot of fun around here, we take the issue of privacy very seriously. We respect the privacy of children, and do not collect any more personal information than is reasonably necessary to enable them to participate in the activities we offer at our web site.

Information We Collect and How We Use It

At suckerpunch.com, we have a policy of collecting limited personally identifiable information. Our site does contain links to other sites. Sucker Punch Productions is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these other sites.

Contests

One instance where our site asks for limited personal information is the contests we run on our site. We ask each child who registers for a contest for an email address and a parent's email address in order to enter the contest. We use this information to inform winners and to request additional personal information from the parents of winners only. The information we collect is used only to administer the particular contest. After the contest is over we purge all the information collected.

Newsletter

We also ask for email addresses from those who want to receive our newsletter. For children under 13 we ask that they also provide us with a parent's email address. We inform the parent of the subscription and parent can then “unsubscribe” his or her child from our newsletter at that time or at any time in the future.

Email From Children

When we receive an email through our “Contact” page, we respond to the question and delete the email address information.

Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties

All personal information about children collected by Sucker Punch is stored securely. We only share this information with our employees and contractors to the extent necessary for them to help us provide our services.

Reviewing Personal Information Stored For Your Child

Parents may contact Sucker Punch at any time and request an accounting of any personal information stored for their child or request that their child's information be deleted by sending an email to info@suckerpunch.com.

Submission of Comments, Ideas and Artwork

Adults and children may submit game reviews, comments, story ideas, their own artwork, and other content. Material submitted must not be illegal or defamatory, must not infringe the intellectual property rights of others, and must not be obscene or otherwise objectionable. Those submitting such material may not use a false e-mail address or impersonate anyone else. We reserve the right to post, review, remove and edit such content at our sole discretion.

By submitting such material to us or posting content to our web site, you grant Sucker Punch a nonexclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, and royalty-free right to use and reproduce the content, including editing and modification, and the right to create derivative works, distribute, and display that content on our web site. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise have the right to submit the content, and that our use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to anyone. Sucker Punch assumes no liability for any content submitted by you.
